POSTAGE/SHIPPING

Most Items are made to order, the turnaround time is currently 3 days, If you need your order urgently please just message me so we can work out a time frame.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

Postage Costs  - $3.00 for your first item & $2.00 for the second item. (not tracked).

Combined postage is offered so the most you will pay for shipping (Australia Only) is $8.00 if you order several items and the shipping goes above this amount I will refund the overpaid amount. (orders with postage of $8 will be sent in an Australia Post Red Parcel Satchel which includes tracking)

If you would like express post or registered post please contact me to arrange this.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Please note that parcels are sent by Airmail and can take up to 2 weeks sometimes longer to arrive depending on where you are located.

If you would prefer your items to be sent via Registered Mail or Express, please contact me before making your purchase.

How to take advantage of Combined Shipping

Place your order and  a refund will be given for the overcharged shipping or Message me and I will set up a custom listing for you  with the discounted shipping.

Shipping is priced at the lowest possible rate, Regular post for Australia & airmail for international customers. If you would like your items sent by registered post just let me know and I can provide you with a price.

Items are sent via Australia Post.

All items are packed and sent with great care, ella rose cannot be held responsible for items becoming lost or damaged during shipping.
